Back pain affects just about everyone, including 8 our of 10 computer operators, nearly all pregnant women, and most construction workers and laborers. Those highest at risk for back pain are those who have already suffered a back problem; 80% of back problems suffer recurrence. People who drive for an occupation are three times more likely to suffer from back pain. The slowest recovery is heavy smokers with compromised circulation.
