Aqua-Power Paddle™ Foot-Mounted Instructions
Hand-Held Instructions

  • Warm up and stretch.
  • Prepare for a high intensity work-out.
  • Tighten the handle before use by holding the base of the foot fastener.
  • This product is big and very challenging. It is for advanced aquatic strength training for all parts of the body. Increase the velocity for more water resistance through your full range of motion.
  • Be creative in the movements by isolating muscle groups or by utilizing many coordinated muscles at the same time.
  • Tilt or slow the paddles to decrease resistance.
  • Use Aqua-Power Paddles in pairs or individually.
  • To use the foot fastener:
    - surround the arch with the neoprene, connect the hook/loop tightly.
    - pull the elastic around the back of the heel and the other elastic loop over the hook/loop for a secure attachment.
  • To exercise the hips and legs you will need to hold on to or lean back against the pool wall. If you want to go all out and use four paddles at one time (each foot and hand), you can do this in deeper water using a flotation belt for vertical buoyancy.
  • Rinse out the chlorine after use for a longer fastener life.
  • Replace the elastic when needed.
