Each Aqua~Power Paddle is made of durable and sturdy 3/8" thick high density polyethylene, a 14" x 24" eliptical shape containing 300 square inches of resistance surface. A stainless steel central aperture connects the foot fastener assembly with the opposing handle on the other side of the paddle.
